Overall Green Smoke Review Rating – Outstanding  5/5

Green Smoke is without doubt one of the market leaders, and is well worth the money for a regular smoker to invest. Now some people will not agree with these Green Smoke reviews as with all things with taste it depends on the individual.  I smoke Lucky Strike, and when I can’t find them I smoke Malboro, this means I am use to changing brands.  This is what it feels like when you try Green Smoke, it feels like you are smoking another brand of cigarette, so whilst at first it may seem alien, if you give it a good go for a couple of days, I am sure you will be very happy with the product.  Green Smokes basic starter kit gives you all you need to start e-smoking.  It produces a great amount of vapor, especially with their new filters that they have just released in early 2011.  This shows that Green Smoke reinvest their money into brand research and development to stay one step ahead of their competition.

Customer Services – Outstanding 5/5

I contacted customer services as a trial, I pretended that I was having problems with the battery, this is a common problem with other brands so thought it was plausable.  The Green Smoke customer services staff were really helpful, so I poured it on thick, to make it out that I was really not happy.  To my surprise, they were polite, reasurring and offered a complete refund, without hesitation.  I read that they are sponsoring a number of sports and social events, and thus are very consious of building their brands, this message has obviously been passed to their customer services team, and I can only aplaud them.

Presentation/Packaging – Very Good 4/5

You will recieve your Green Smoke product in a high quality magnet flap box like most other brands, but it just has a more quality feel than the others.  Its been designed as if to have the product within stores as it is attractive to the eye, and means if you are buying this as a gift, it is perfect!  The cartridges come in different colors, so if you were to choose coffee for example, the cartridge would be brown, this is a slight disadvantage for some customers as they like their electronic cigarette to look like the real thing.  Obviously, again this is only a small problem for very few people, I guess if you smoke a number of flavors its a lot easier to identify than having them all like a traditional cigarette!

They also provide a “membership card” along with the owner manual that can be handy to carry if you plan on using your e-cig in public.

Battery/Responsiveness – Outstanding 5/5

Green Smoke offer both short and long batteries and they both perform as well as any of the other brands.  In the early days Green Smoke shipped the product from China, but now have manufacturing based in the good ole US, I guess their number one issue was with the battery, so this problem is far behind them now.  The responsiveness was perfect, no hesitation at all from the battery, the first drag was perfect, the battery kicked in straight away.  There are very few electronic cigarette brands that are that quick and effective.

Vapor/Flavor(s) – Outstanding 5/5

Green Smoke has a number of varieties when it come to the flavors, making it an extremely competitive product.  Green Smoke have been around for some time now, so now they have over come the problems with their early models, they have spent most of their time on the filters, with Green Smoke this includes the atomizer.  Now since you get a brand new atomizer with each filter, the vapor is amazing, truely outstanding!  The number of flavors is increasing as well, so rest assured, if your one for flavors, Green Smoke will either have it or be marketing it soon.

Price – Average 3/5

Now the one thing that Green Smoke do not score well with is the price, although its not all bad news.  The general cost of Green Smoke products is slightly above average, but for this you do get a great market leading product and great customer services should you need to contact them.  My conclusion here is that you pay for what you get, so for value its outstanding but for price its above average.

The best Green Smoke Coupon was found at on August 20th 2011.  Green Smoke was voted the Best Electronic Cigarette by both smackthatash.com and houseofelectroniccigarettes.com! It is an amazing electronic cigarette, which I have been using for around 18 months now.  I have to admit, I did try others, but I always without delay came running back.  Now you may hear the odd bad review here and there, to be honest there are very few bad reviews.  My explaination for this is that Green Smoke has a particular flavor, as do all ciagerettes.
